For example, our payment processing partner will need some of your personal data in order to properly process your subscription. 4. Legal Issues:

cValue Sports Inc. complies with all legal authorities. Should a legal authority, such as a police department, fraud squad, etc. request our assistance and ask for certain personal data, cValue Sports Inc. will comply once the initial request is verified in writing.

5. Sharing Member's Personal Data:

cValue Sports Inc. will only allow a member to contact another member for the purpose of confirming a purchase or sale. All vendors on our site agree to submit an email address so that they can be contacted by a potential buyer.

6. User Password and ID:

 Once you have registered with cValue Sports Inc. it is immediately your duty to be 100% responsible for your User ID and Password. This includes any additional fees that you may be charged for. We urge you not to share this information with anyone.

7. Current Information:

As it is clearly stated in our User Agreement, we expect that a member's contact info, including credit card number, remains up-to-date. Should such data be determined invalid or out-of-date, cValue Sports Inc. has the right to immediately terminate a subscription.

8. Information Safety:

Our member's information is safely and securely stored on our servers. We use only the finest technology and make all of the necessary attempts to safeguard all information stored.

9. Amendments:

CValue Sports Inc. reserves the right to edit this policy whenever deemed necessary. Any revisions will be publicly aired on our site and will become effective 30 days thereafter.
